1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") are established between you ("User") and Zhiyun Xu ("we," "us"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using any of our services, including apps, games, and websites ("Services"). By using the Services, you confirm your acceptance of and agreement to these Terms. If you are under the age of 18, your use of the Services must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

By using the Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle your personal data. Additional terms or guidelines may apply to specific features within the Services and are considered part of these Terms.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Services may include the option to purchase digital items or subscribe to content (collectively "Purchases"). Purchases are processed by third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. The terms and policies of those platforms apply to your transactions. We are not responsible for payment issues arising from those platforms.

Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and do not carry monetary value. Your license to use them is limited, non-transferable, and revocable. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle. You are responsible for managing your subscription status and payment method through the applicable platform.

No refunds will be issued except as required by law. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that the digital content is made available to you immediately and you waive any statutory withdrawal rights, including the EU’s 14-day cancellation right, where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Services, including but not limited to software, graphics, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by Zhiyun Xu and protected under intellectual property laws. Use of the Services does not grant any ownership or proprietary rights to you.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without prior written permission.

6. User Content

You may have the opportunity to contribute content ("User Content") such as messages, images, or other media. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that it complies with all applicable laws and rights.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and adapt your content for any purpose related to the Services. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zhiyun Xu operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
